The Salvation Army in Dandenong, VIC is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Dandenong Salvos Store and create a welcoming space for customers, donors, volunteers and team members. You will drive store success, support fundraising, and deliver community impact.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this permanent full time role requires Tuesday to Saturday work, with salary and conditions aligned to the Retail General Industry Award, Level 6. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching and cost control.
