Operations Manager or Co-Ordinator who will oversee and manage the business's operations across all its national locations to ensure efficiency and productivity, supporting all internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomes and goals. The role encompasses leading and developing the operations function, driving strategic improvements and ensuring compliance with an administrative focus. You will be responsible for all recruitment support operations across the Group.

Key responsibilities

- Contract and Placement generation and Compliance
- Records and Database Compliance & Management
- Managing a Contractor workforce across both Professional and Trades
- Reporting, System Improvement and strategic growth of the operations unit
- Streamline processes and maintain high customer service standards across the group
- Lead and develop the operations function

About you

- Strong understanding of the temporary contractor and permanent placement process and recruitment industry
- 2+ years in agency or in-house recruitment across resourcing, candidate management, process,



compliance and administration
- Strong Customer Service and Engagement skills with effective communication with both external and internal customers
- Solutions and problem solving outlook with can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and professional presence
- Ability to communicate across different customers and styles
- Strong Communicator, Resilient, Integrity, attention to detail, outcomes focused, Solutions driven, listening skills, and a drive to succeed
- Initiative and autonomous attitude
