Kinetic in Australia is seeking a GM - Finance Systems & Process to own finance systems governance, process design and continuous improvement across its Australian and Recent Zealand operations. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM is essential.

You will lead the transition from external delivery to in-house ownership, establish standards and governance, and drive automation and AI initiatives that deliver measurable value.
