Cleanaway is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for Bathurst with oversight across Dubbo and Mudgee. You will lead 30+ team members across operations, administration, and subcontractors to deliver protected, efficient waste management services and drive regional growth.

You will manage day-to-day operations, safety and NHVL compliance, fleet maintenance, and P&L; performance, while building a positive culture and engaging staff across sites.
