Are you a commercially driven sales and partnerships professional who knows how to turn relationships into revenue?

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth commerce business with an established strategy, strong foundations and real potential to grow its retail and brand partnerships.

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who can combine recent-business development with strategic account growth, build trusted relationships with major brands and retailers, and lead a small team to deliver commercial results.

What you’ll be doing

- Winning new retail and brand partnerships while growing existing accounts
- Developing and pitching compelling commercial proposals and campaigns
- Negotiating partnership agreements, fees and performance-based commercial arrangements
- Identifying new revenue opportunities across ecommerce, affiliate and content-led partnerships
- Working collaboratively with content, audience and sales teams to maximise commercial opportunities




- Leading and developing an Affiliate Account Manager and Campaign Executive while maintaining a strong personal focus on revenue growth

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a proven track record in new-business development, account growth and commercial negotiation, alongside the confidence to pitch ideas, influence stakeholders and convert opportunities into revenue.

Relevant experience in affiliate or commerce partnerships, retail media, ecommerce or performance-led digital media sales is essential. You should understand how commercial partnerships generate measurable shopping activity, sales and revenue - not simply advertising exposure.

People leadership experience is also essential. Direct affiliate experience will be highly regarded, as will experience selling sponsored content or integrated media partnerships with a clear performance or commerce component.
