Createvic Real Estate in Sunshine is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a 160–180 property portfolio. You will work from the Sunshine office with a dedicated VA and strong back-end support to focus on landlords and tenants.

You'll manage inspections, DCAT assessments, and VCAT matters when needed, while collaborating with a leasing manager and accounts team to keep admin from eating your day. A path for growth opportunities is highlighted throughout the role.
