Busy Bees Bayswater is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director on a full-time fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will support daily operations, mentor educators, and ensure a safe, engaging learning workplace for children and families at Bayswater North VIC.

Lead by example, foster high standards, and collaborate with families while upholding NQF requirements and EYLF guidelines. This role includes stepping into Centre Director duties when needed.
