RPS is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team, focusing on onboarding and talent acquisition for our Project Management and Advisory business. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions, while shaping a positive employee experience.

You’ll bring a degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR/talent acquisition experience, with proven sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter) and robust stakeholder
