The Plumbing Gang is a Brisbane plumbing and roofing company based in Heathwood, servicing Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, the Redlands and surrounds.-

This role is about proactively calling existing customers to book recurring services(plumbing inspections, hot water, gutter maintenance) and keeping our technicians busy.

About the Role

This is an outbound-first rolefocused on generating work from our existing customer base.





You'll be responsible for:

- Making high-volume outbound callsto existing customers to book servicing work
- Re-engaging past customersand identifying new service opportunities
- Converting conversations into booked jobs
- Handling inbound calls during overflow periods
- Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

- Experience in retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar customer-facing roles
- Confidence making outbound calls (or willingness to learn)
- A sales mindset - you can guide customers toward booking
- Solid communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- High energy and resilience in a KPI-driven environment
- Ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks
