Capers Early Learning - Samford is growing, we are on the lookout for a passionate Diploma and Cert III Educators to guide & nurture our little learners through a play-based program.

With several positions available, we would love to see how we can support you in your Early Childhood career.

Requirements & experience:

A Diploma or a Cert III in Children's Services (Studying encouraged to apply)

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Current Working with Children Check

Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework

Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators

Comfortability in a collaborative teaching workplace

Duties & responsibilities:

- Support children’s learning through play-based and outdoor experiences
- Lead and contribute to our Nature Play Philosophy
- Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive environment
- Be reflective, intentional, and innovative in your practice.
- Lead and support our Indoor/Outdoor Program.
