About the Role

Point Parking is seeking a motivated, hands-on Car Park Manager to oversee daily operations at Sunshine Plaza. Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll lead the team, deliver excellent customer service and ensure the site operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support and develop the on-site team.
- Oversee daily car park operations and customer service.
- Monitor site performance, revenue and reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

About You

- Experience in operations, facilities management, parking or retail leadership.
- Strong people-management and customer-service skills.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach with a focus on safety and operational performance.
