Heytea is seeking a strategic Site Acquisition and Business Development skilled in Sydney, Australia. You will lead market research to identify expansion opportunities in core districts and high-traffic areas, while building strong relationships with landlords and brokers to secure off-market sites.

You will manage the leasing cycle from LOI to Lease, and coordinate franchisee selection to ensure brand alignment.
