Cocco Property is seeking a Part time Routine Inspection Manager to coordinate and conduct routine inspections across a portfolio of approximately 40 residential properties. Based in our Newstead office, you will work independently to inspect properties, document conditions and maintain inspection records using our online software.

You will arrange appointments with tenants, prepare detailed inspection reports with photos, and assist with related administration.
