About the Venue:

The Brighton Hotel Precinct is home to some of Sydney's most exciting premium dining experiences.

Located in Brighton-Le-Sands, a short drive from anywhere around the Inner Sydney area, our hospitality precinct includes established venues such as Benetti's – a premium Italian restaurant, Ammos – a premium Greek restaurant, Le Grand Grill – a fine dining steakhouse, and Sands Bar – a cocktail bar and all-day dining venue, with more exciting venues opening soon.

About the Role:

As we continue to invest in exceptional guest experiences and premium hospitality offerings, we are seeking experienced and passionate Bar Supervisors to join the Brighton Hotel precinct team.

Working across our diverse bars and dining venues as required, you will help lead bar operations, support the delivery of exceptional beverage service, and ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys taking ownership of bar operations, and wants to continue developing their leadership career within a premium hospitality setting.

You will lead by example during service, support and develop team members, and help maintain the high standards expected across our growing precinct. Flexibility to work evening shifts and take responsibility for closing operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise bar operations during peak service and closing shifts
- Lead, motivate and support bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare cocktails to venue standards and maintain strong product knowledge
- Oversee stock control, ordering and bar presentation
- Ensure RSA compliance and uphold responsible service practices
- Assist with training, onboarding and maintaining service consistency
- Work collaboratively with venue management and the wider precinct team to achieve service and revenue targets




- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational efficiency
- Support a consistent, premium beverage experience across the precinct's bars and dining venues

About You:

- Previous experience in a bar leadership or supervisory role
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for outstanding drinks
- Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A positive, professional and guest-focused approach
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, well-presented and willing to take ownership of evening operations
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
