The Talent Initiative is seeking a Senior Metadata Officer to lead metadata development across high-value datasets. You will stay hands-on, drive consistency, and ensure metadata is fit for registration.

You will supervise metadata developers, engage SMEs and engineers, and coordinate with project contacts to track progress, coverage and risks while delivering explicit, plain-English metadata for business and technical audiences.
