We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Technician. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic teams environment. You will be introduced to skills within the electrical and technical aspects of environmental safety equipment. It is not necessary to have previous experience as there will be comprehensive training provided for the position. This role requires you to interact with internal colleagues across Australia and external customers, so your enthusiasm for finding solutions and your positive attitude would be viewed favourably. This is a junior to mid level position, ideal for someone who showed a natural flair for high school sciences.

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers face-to-face and via telephone and email communication
- Process incoming and outgoing equipment requests.
- Perform calibration and service under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Provide administrative assistance, including data entry,



report generation, and inventory management.
- Produce accurate and reliable data and interpret calibration results.
- Follow established methodologies and procedures when carrying out routine tasks.
- Adhere to correct procedures, policies, and health/safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment.
- Assist other co-workers in various tasks.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
- Eagerness for ongoing internal and external training.
