Sacred Heart Mission is seeking a Residential Manager for Sacred Heart Community, a 97-bed specialist residential aged care service. The role focuses on dignity, belonging and high-quality care within a trauma-informed model, while balancing clinical leadership with robust operational performance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, work with the Deputy Manager - Clinical Care, and ensure compassionate, person-centred care that supports residents and families.
