The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport (DCITHS) is seeking a Principal Legal Officer to provide expert advice on government law with a focus on employment matters in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be admitted as a NSW solicitor or barrister and hold or be eligible for a NSW Practising Certificate; the role is Clerk Grade 11/12, full time, temporary until 30 June 2027, with hybrid working options.
