The role combines office administration with occasional site visits, supporting project managers, construction teams, suppliers and subcontractors to keep purchasing, documentation and workforce coordination on track.

Key duties include Ariba PO processing, invoices, cost tracking, supplier coordination and compliance documentation, with some work-from-home
