We are looking for an individual that enjoys multi-tasking in a rapid paced environment to join our equipment management and warehouse team at our Melbourne (eastern suburbs) head office.

About the Opportunity

An opportunity exists for a Warehouse Manager to provide support to our audio visual operations team. The role involves managing and maintaining equipment movement in and out of the warehouse, managing and overseeing the small warehouse team, equipment care and maintenance,



loading equipment in vehicles and data processing via the inventory management software and working with the wider national operations team as per requirements for each project. Responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring a safe working setting (OH+S)
- Coordinating the warehouse team including scheduling
- Liaising with the production team to ensure all equipment is ready for each event
- Process equipment (in/out) using rental software
- Managing stock control and inventory
- Preparation and testing of AV equipment
- Manage warehouse storage space and areas

Experience as a technician and / or in equipment warehousing within the audio visual production industry is ideal. You need some technical understanding of sound and PA systems, production lighting, staging, vision and projection, video processing equipment, LED walls and IT equipment. Experience in logistics and equipment loading is advantageous.
