Cleanaway's Yellow Gear Academy at Eastern Creek Organics offers a permanent full time loading operator pathway. No loader experience is required; you will receive paid, structured on-the-job training and hands-on experience operating heavy machinery to process organic materials.
During training you’ll work the initial 5:00am–5:00pm shift, achieve VOC, and then transition to a 4 on/4 off roster with ongoing development opportunities and a long-term operations career in a supportive team.
