Arcare Point Cook is seeking a proactive Roster Co-Ordinator to ensure continuous staffing for a high-quality aged care residence. The role focuses on rostering, shift changes, and payroll-related administration in a quick-paced environment.

You will work closely with the facility's management to align staffing with budgets while maintaining a positive team culture and resident-centric care. Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.
