- Vehicle: Must fit a 4-wheeled walker (4WW)
- Mobility: Lyn walks independently indoors, uses her 4WW outdoors, and needs supervision due to fall risk. No lifting needed, but please offer hand support when getting in/out of the car.
- About Lyn: Lyn has cognitive decline affecting communication. She speaks in broken sentencesplease be patient, speak clearly, and allow time for her to respond.
- Support Tasks: In-home respite & social support Accompanied outings (chemist, library) Help arrange Valley Meal Prep deliveries If time allows: tidy kitchen, change bed linens, laundry
