VicRoads is seeking casual Customer Service Officers to deliver registration and licensing services in a agile customer environment, including over the counter, phone and written enquiries. Roles include conducting driver licence tests, vehicle checks and on-road assessments in line with policy.
Applicants should have exceptional customer service, strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented mindset. A full driver’s license is required and some travel may be necessary.
