The Salvation Army is seeking a Team Leader, Youth Services to guide a dedicated team of youth caseworkers and counsellors across the Central Coast and Newcastle regions. You will provide leadership, ensure high-quality, client-centred support, and align services with funding and organisational standards.

You will oversee intake, case management and therapeutic programs, driving continuous improvement and staff development in a team-oriented, values-driven environment.
