Endeavour Foundation invites applications for Disability Support Workers to join our SIL homes in Banya. You will provide person-centred support enabling independent living, from daily living tasks to community participation.

Ideal candidates are calm, compassionate and professional, able to handle complex needs and behaviours of concern. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous; multiple sleepovers and wide-ranging shifts are available.
