Our client is a thriving multi-facility health and lifestyle club in Ryde. They are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive membership growth in a highly competitive market. You’ll lead a small, driven sales team, and have a real say in where the club goes next.

Whether you’re already leading a sales team within the fitness industry, or ready to bring your skills into a current industry, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading and coaching the sales team to hit monthly KPIs
- Driving membership growth and helping the club stand out in a competitive market
- Using data and reporting to spot opportunities, and track performance
- Working closely with other other teams within the business to help the club grow
- Stepping up when it counts, particularly over sale periods and end of month

What you’ll bring

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Team Leader
- A motivation to hit targets and earning on your results




- Confidence with data and reporting
- A genuine interest in health, fitness and wellbeing, and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
- Flexibility to work the odd weekend or late shift when the club needs you

Qualifications within the fitness industry are a bonus. And if your background is slightly outside the box but you’ve got the sales drive and the passion, we still want to hear from you.
