KeyResponsibilities Organise,assign,track,andmonitortasksthroughClickUp. Monitorteamcapacityandensureworkisdeliveredaccordingtoclientagreementsanddeadlines. MaintainorganiseddocumentationandfilingsystemswithinGoogleWorkspace. AssisttheCEOwithoperationalplanning,prioritisation,summaries,andinternalinitiatives.

Assistwithtrackingagedreceivablesandotherinternaloperationalmatters. Stepinandsupporthands-onwhenneededtokeepimportantdeadlinesontrack. Supporttheonboardingofnewteammembersintocompanytoolsandworkflows.
