Permanent, part-time position, mostly working remotely Play a vital role in the communities/disabilities sector Opportunity to work in a supportive and flexible environment Position Overview The On-call and Relief Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing out-of-hours on-call support over the phone, while also offering relief to coordinators in the office on a scheduled basis. This position allows for the flexibility of working from home, with a requirement to be present in the office one day per week for training and team collaboration. On-call shifts at home Fortnightly - Friday 5pm until Monday 8am Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for a reliable and compassionate individual who possesses a strong background in the communities/disabilities sector. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and characteristics:



Experience working with individuals with disabilities and coordinating their supports is essential Broad experience within the communities/disabilities sector Previous experience in a coordination role is highly regarded Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion Proficient computer literacy and communication skills A friendly, warm demeanour and a positive, mature attitude To be successful in this role, you must be able to provide support to staff, facilitate debriefing when needed, and resolve any issues that arise after hours efficiently.
