Thisrolesitsfirmlywithintheaccountingdomain.YoumustunderstandAustralianbookkeepingandmanagementaccountingfundamentals.However,thisisnotastandaloneclientaccountantrole. Yourfocuswillbe: Operationalexecution Workflowcoordination Systemmanagement Capacityoversight Thisisanindependentcontributorroleforsomeonewhothrivesinstructuredenvironments,respectssystems,andknowhowtoimproveefficiencywithoutdisruptingoperationalstability. KeyResponsibilities Organise,assign,track,andmonitortasksthroughClickUp. Monitorteamcapacityandensureworkisdeliveredaccordingtoclientagreementsanddeadlines. MaintainorganiseddocumentationandfilingsystemswithinGoogleWorkspace. AssisttheCEOwithoperationalplanning,prioritisation,summaries,andinternalinitiatives.



Trackactionitemsandensuretasksarefollowedthroughandcompleted. Conductpreliminaryqualitychecksonreconciliations,coding,andworkpapers. Monitorscopeadherenceandflaganyout-of-scopework. Assistwithtrackingagedreceivablesandotherinternaloperationalmatters. Stepinandsupporthands-onwhenneededtokeepimportantdeadlinesontrack. Supporttheonboardingofnewteammembersintocompanytoolsandworkflows. Must-HaveRequirements Backgroundinoperations,practicemanagement,adminVAorexecutivesupportwithinanaccountingfirm StrongunderstandingofAustralianbookkeepingfundamentals(GST,BAS,payroll,super,month-end) Hands-onexperiencewithClickUp(dashboards,workflows,templates) ExperiencewithXero,QuickBooksOnlineand/orMYOB Systems-orientedmindsetwithrespectforexistingframeworks Abilitytooperateindependentlywithoutclosesupervision WhoThisRoleSuits Thisroleisidealforsomeonewithintheaccountingindustrywhoenjoysoperations,structureandexecutionmorethanpurelytechnicalaccountingwork,andwantstoworkcloselywithaCEOinagrowingaccountingpractice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
