Ramsay Health Care is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team on a permanent part-time basis. You will conduct bio-psychosocial and mental health assessments for acute medical and surgical inpatients, coordinating care and discharge planning with a solid emphasis on timely intervention.
You will work autonomously on the wards and collaboratively in a job-share role, facilitating family meetings and brief counselling sessions as needed.
