Palliative Care SA invites applications for a Lead Pharmacist – Medicines Safety to spearhead a statewide medicines safety program. This 0.5 FTE role drives system-wide improvements and champions secure, high-quality, patient-centred care across SA Health infrastructure.

The position leads evaluation of medicines safety incidents, sets priorities, and collaborates with diverse teams to implement statewide strategies.
