Walker Corporation is one of Australia's leading private, Tier 1 development companies, with over $35B in their development pipeline nationally and a diverse portfolio of assets under management across all property sectors. With the continued growth of the Maroochydore City Centre, there are a number of city shaping projects to be delivered over the coming 5-6 years. These developments are moving from planning and approvals stage through design and into procurement and the team is looking to appoint the recent role of Senior Contracts Administrator to lead local contracts and commercial management. This is an opportunity to play a key commercial role on a long-term development masterplan, transforming a 53-hectare site into a new commercial, residential and cultural centre for the Sunshine Coast.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Senior Project Manager and wider development and projects teams, you’ll manage head contracts, procurement and cost reporting to support strong commercial outcomes and successful project delivery. This role will have career progression opportunities as the development continues to grow and new precincts evolve, giving you both stability and continuity based on the volume of projects that will roll out over the coming decade.
