The Royal Melbourne Hospital in Parkville VIC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead the cardiac surgery pathway from pre-admission to discharge. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient flow and ensure protected, person-centred discharge planning across the continuum of care.

You will establish systems, act as a specialist resource, lead staff education, and monitor KPIs to drive quality improvement in a world-class public hospital setting.
