Bloom Hearing Specialists in Goulburn is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to greet and assist customers, support audiologists, and ensure positive interactions. You will manage inquiries by phone, email and in person, schedule appointments, guide clients through hearing devices and accessories, and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer service within retail or healthcare, solid computer skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
