Sharp and Carter is partnering with a large residential aged care provider in Geelong to appoint a Care Manager (Clinical). The role leads clinical operations and people leadership in a 100–150+ resident home, reporting to the RACM/Facility Manager.

You will drive quality, governance and staff development while partnering with families and the care team to ensure safe, person-centred care and robust operational performance.
