As an independent practitioner within the Uphotic network, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to coaching and leadership development engagements aligned with your expertise, interests and availability.

Depending on your experience and client needs, engagements may include:

- One-to-one executive and leadership coaching.
- Supporting leaders through transitions, complexity and organisational change.
- Helping individuals strengthen self-awareness, confidence and leadership effectiveness.




- Facilitating leadership assessments, feedback and development conversations.
- Delivering or contributing to leadership development programs, workshops and team facilitation where relevant.
- Supporting clients to translate insight into practical decisions, behavioural change and meaningful outcomes.

You’ll bring your own professional experience, coaching expertise and approach, complemented by Uphotic’s established tools, programs and ICF-aligned coaching frameworks.

✦ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re interested in experienced practitioners who bring:

- Substantial executive, senior leadership or relevant organisational experience.
- Demonstrated professional coaching capability, particularly with executives and senior leaders.
- Recognised coach-specific education. ICF ACC, PCC or MCC credentials, or equivalent recognised professional qualifications, are highly regarded.
- Strong professional ethics, sound judgment and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent listening and communication skills,



with the ability to establish trust and challenge constructively.
- Genuine curiosity about people and the ability to turn reflection and insight into practical action.
- An understanding of how leadership, team dynamics and organisational environments influence individual and business outcomes.

This is an independent practitioner opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Client engagements depend on suitability, availability and mutually agreed commercial arrangements. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed.

We welcome expressions of interest from suitably experienced practitioners internationally. Coaching engagements are primarily delivered remotely, with potential in-person opportunities by mutual agreement.
