Marketing & Growth Assistant
Gray Risk Advisory | Paid casual prospect
Small number of hours to start
Studying marketing, communications or business and keen to put your ideas into practice?
I'm Lewis, founder of Gray Risk Advisory, a Melbourne consultancy helping organisations with safety, risk and resilience. I'm looking for someone curious, personable and proactive to help more of the right people discover the business.
I already use AI for research, ideas and first drafts. I'd love your help taking that work further: understanding people, making communications feel personal and finding opportunities to build real relationships.
You could help with
- Growing my LinkedIn presence and bringing relevant visitors to the GRA website.
- Turning AI-assisted drafts into content that sounds human and feels worth reading.
- Finding speaking opportunities, podcasts, industry newsletters and potential collaborators.
- Preparing thoughtful follow-ups that help turn interest into meetings.
- Tracking what attracts the right people and suggesting what we should try next.
We'll choose a few priorities together, rather than expect you to do everything at once.
You'll suit this if you:
- Enjoy writing, connecting with people and finding creative ways to get noticed.
- Are organised and comfortable following things through.
- Can use AI thoughtfully, check its work and bring your own judgement.
Some awareness of the safety and risk industry would be highly regarded, alongside an interest in marketing and building business relationships. University students and others with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
This is a paid casual role with a small number of hours initially. Hours and pay will be confirmed before appointment, in line with applicable employment requirements.
Interested? Email
[email protected] with a short introduction and one idea for helping GRA reach more potential clients. An example of something you've already created would be welcome too.
