Role Description The Mobility Specialist is a full-time, in office role located in the Greater Sydney Area. This role involves advising customers on suitable wheelchair and mobility options, conducting needs assessments, and demonstrating product features in person.

The Mobility

Specialist will coordinate orders, support delivery and basic configuration of equipment, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product recommendations. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams on stock and logistics, and providing clear, empathetic guidance to individuals with diverse mobility requirements.



The role also includes staying current on product updates, safety standards, and best practices in mobility support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Global Mobility and Corporate Relocation skills to support clients navigating mobility needs across different locations and organizational contexts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide clear guidance, build trust, and respond effectively to customer concerns.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess mobility requirements, compare product options, and make well-founded recommendations.
- Relevant experience in mobility equipment, occupational therapy support, assistive technology, or healthcare-related environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and record-keeping tools, along with the ability to work safely with mobility equipment, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site in the Greater Sydney Area, including occasional travel within the region, is an advantage.
