About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Part time Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a small but growing portfolio of commercial properties across Melbourne.

Working directly with the directors, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

This is an chance to join a growing independent agency in a flexible role, with the autonomy to manage your portfolio and the support of an experienced commercial property team.

MAKER Property uses Re-Leased as its property management platform, so previous experience with the software will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors.




- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee building presentation.
- Manage lease administration, rent reviews, arrears and invoicing.
- Monitor lease obligations and relevant compliance requirements.
- Prepare property reports and provide regular updates to owners.
- Identify opportunities to improve property performance and service delivery.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and takes pride in delivering a high standard of property management.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience in commercial property management.
- A sound understanding of commercial leases and property operations.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with commercial property management software, ideally Re-Leased.
- A current driver's licence and the ability to travel across Melbourne.
