Role Description The Multicultural Professional Network (MPN) is seeking a Project Administrator to support the delivery of a new project. The successful candidate will provide essential support across project coordination, analytical tasks, communication activities and day-to-day administrative functions, contributing to the successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide project support and coordination to ensure successful project execution.
- Perform analytical tasks to support project decision-making and strategy.




- Assist with communication activities, including drafting reports, emails, and updates.
- Offer administrative assistance, managing schedules, and handling day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain excellent organisational and time-management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines are met.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in project support and coordination.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with solid organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
