Marr Industries is looking for a practical, reliable Technician who wants to learn, improve and grow with the business.

This is a hands‑on role working across commercial hydraulic and water systems.

You’ll be working alongside experienced Site Managers, technicians and engineers on maintenance, inspections, pumps, tanks, defects, refurbishments and technical projects.

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to turn up and do the minimum.

We want someone who is:

- practical and mechanically minded;

- reliable and willing to learn;

- comfortable working on commercial sites;

- serious about safety and quality;

- able to follow instructions and take ownership of their work; and

- looking to build a long-term technical career.

Experience in plumbing, pumps, hydraulic systems, mechanical services, maintenance or construction is useful, but attitude and capability matter just as much.





A plumbing licence is not required.
