Lighthouse Christian College is seeking an experienced and passionate Outdoor Education Coordinator to lead and enhance our vibrant Secondary Experiential Education Program.

This role is permanent part-time 0.7FTE.

Skills & Capabilities

- Demonstrated experience in outdoor education, expedition leadership or experiential learning programs.
- Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
- Experience coordinating camps, outdoor activities or adventure-based programs.
- Sound understanding of risk management, safety systems and compliance requirements in outdoor education settings.




- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Christian education and the values and mission of Lighthouse Christian College.
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or ability to obtain registration.
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant child safety clearances.
