Downer''s Western Australia asphalt laboratories in Gosnells and Hope Valley are seeking a Technical Manager to lead operations, push beyond routine testing and turn the function into a high‑performance capability that wins work and protects margin.

Reporting to the Production Manager and acting as second in charge, you will oversee lab operations, drive process control, manage the design and testing programs, and build a team capable of delivering quality, cost efficiency and growth.
