New Year, New Team, New Opportunities! We’re Hiring a Speech Pathologist for 2027!
? Butler, Perth WA | Full-Time | Flexible Working Arrangements | Commencing 2027
Company Description – A Little About Us ?
At So To Speak Therapy for Kids, we believe great therapy starts with connection, that every child deserves to feel heard, and that the best outcomes happen when families and therapists work together.
We’re a growing, passionate and slightly quirky team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants who genuinely love what we do!
We’ve recently moved into our brand-new, purpose-designed clinic in Butler, and we’re so excited about this next chapter. With beautiful therapy spaces, a dedicated sensory gym, collaborative work areas and plenty of room to grow, we’ve created a space where children, families and our team can thrive.
Our approach is neuroaffirming, strengths-based and family-centred. We celebrate individuality, embrace different ways of communicating and focus on helping children build meaningful skills for everyday life.
And our team? Well, they’re pretty special! ?
We’re big believers in working hard, playing hard and looking after each other along the way. Think team celebrations, plenty of laughs, creative ideas, shared learning, a little friendly competition and colleagues who genuinely have your back.
We value collaboration over competition, connection over perfection, and creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, appreciated and excited to come to work.
As we look ahead to 2027, we’re ready to welcome another wonderful Speechie to our crew!
