On Track Recruitment Solutions is on the hunt for an experienced Civil Marine Maintenance Supervisor to take the lead on exciting marine infrastructure maintenance projects in Fremantle!

If you've got a solid background in civil construction, marine maintenance or infrastructure supervision and are looking for a well-paid work life balance opportunity, this could be the role for you!

- 12-month contract with potential for extension
- Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
- Fremantle location – home every night!
- ASAP start – short notice periods considered
- Work on major marine infrastructure maintenance projects
- Take ownership of varied maintenance works in a hands-on supervisory role

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading planned and reactive maintenance works across jetties, berths, seawalls and other marine infrastructure.
- Supervising contractors and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules, project scopes, permits and site activities.
- Managing contractor performance, quality control and safety compliance.
- Assisting with project budgets, procurement and maintenance planning.




- Reviewing inspection reports and identifying maintenance requirements.
- Liaising with contractors, project teams and stakeholders to keep works running smoothly.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years' relevant experience in civil construction, marine infrastructure or maintenance supervision, or relevant trade qualifications.
- Strong experience managing contractors and supervising maintenance works.
- Knowledge of civil and marine infrastructure repairs and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling and project coordination.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence – Essential.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience working on jetties, seawalls, breakwaters or other coastal structures.
- Qualifications in Civil Construction, Engineering or Project Management.
- Contract administration or asset maintenance management experience.
