Karlayura Personnel is currently seeking experienced Civil Allrounder Operators for an exciting FIFO chance at an Iron Ore Mine in the Pilbara, WA.
This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled operators looking for a balanced 2:2 roster, competitive hourly rates and approximately 6 months of ongoing work.
Position Details

- Pay Rate: $65–$70 per hour (based on experience)
- Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (14:14)
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Location: FIFO – Pilbara, WA
- Duration: Approximately 6 months and with the possibility to extend

Key Responsibilities
- Construction and maintenance of access tracks and bore pads
- Civil earthworks, excavation and site preparation
- Ground levelling, grading and compaction
- Safe operation of various civil and mobile plant equipment
- Compliance with site safety procedures and operational standards

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated civil operating experience within mining or construction environments - Loaders,



Skid Steers, Excavators, 15 tonne Vibrating rollers and Franna Cranes (relevant High Risk Work License required)
- Experience in access track and bore pad construction and maintenance
- Competency operating multiple types of civil machinery
- Relevant machinery tickets and High Risk Work Licences
- Current WA C Class Manual Driver's Licence
- White Card (mandatory)
- National Police Clearance (6 months)
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
