Position

Are you a Cardiac Technician, Cardiac Physiologist or Cardiac Nurse looking for flexible locum work ? A well-regarded private cardiology practice on Sydney’s Northern Beaches needs experienced cover across November and December. Pick up one shift or as many as suit you.
Shifts available (most days 9:00am to 4:00pm)

About the role
You’ll support the cardiologists in a busy, friendly practice, performing resting ECGs and exercise stress testing, preparing patients and explaining procedures, and keeping clinic rooms and equipment ready to go.



The practice values people who are confident with technology and proactive in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic, so you’ll be someone who can step in and help wherever it’s needed.
For the Thursday 12 November shift, a dobutamine stress echo list is booked, so we’re ideally looking for a Registered Nurse experienced in pharmacological (medication) stress echo, including cannulation.

What you’ll need

- A cardiac technology or cardiac physiology qualification (or equivalent), or current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- ASAR 2A trainee cardiac sonographer welcome to apply
- Hands-on experience in resting ECGs and exercise stress testing
- Confidence with practice software and clinical technology
- A proactive, team-focused approach and strong patient care skills
