What you will be doing

- Manage a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Work across insolvency matters and commercial business advice.
- Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with principals and other lawyers to achieve client outcomes.

Skills & experience

- 5 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
- Sound knowledge of the Corporations Act.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Experience managing legal professionals, with a cooperative and client-focused approach.
