Recruitment Select is proudly partnering with a global manufacturer to recruit Qualified Electricians and Electrical Testers for their Benalla facility.

Successful candidates will commence on a casual basis with full-time hours, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment following a qualifying period.

Shifts are available Monday to Friday on:

Day Shift:



6:00am - 2:15pm

Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:15pm

Training will be conducted on day shift, so flexibility to work across both shifts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Building transformers, kiosks and switchgear
- Electrical assembly and wiring of products
- Switchboard assembly
- Installation of conduits and cable systems
- Cable pulling and cable routing
- Testing cables and completed products
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- General electrical fit-out and assembly work
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults where required

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Current A Grade Electrical Licence (or equivalent)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Good level of physical fitness
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Full Australian working rights

A pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test and National Police Check will be required prior to commencement.
